Rules
Last updated:
This English text is the authoritative version. The Azerbaijani and Turkish translations are provided for convenience.
These Rules describe what is and is not allowed when you use Meliyo and its in-app community. They are part of the Terms of Service.
Meliyo publishes to your channels automatically, so the responsibility for what is published stays with you.
1. Use your own channels and accounts
- Connect only YouTube channels, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Use your own Claude subscription and your own API keys, in line with the terms of each provider.
- Keep one account per person. Do not share your account, and do not try to get around the account review.
2. Follow the rules of the platforms
- Follow the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), the YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube’s monetization policies.
- Follow the terms and community standards of Facebook and Instagram when you publish there.
- Where a platform requires you to disclose altered or synthetic (AI-generated) content, disclose it.
- If your content is made for children, follow the platform’s rules for such content.
3. Content that is not allowed
Do not use Meliyo to produce or publish:
- content that is illegal where you live or where it is published;
- content that sexualizes or endangers children;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- deliberately false or misleading content that can cause real harm — for example about health, elections or emergencies;
- impersonation of a real person or organization, or a realistic imitation of a real person’s face or voice without their permission;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of others — use only material you have the right to use;
- spam: mass-produced, repetitive or deceptive content, misleading titles or thumbnails, or artificial inflation of views, likes or subscribers.
Review what your channels publish. AI-generated content can contain mistakes.
4. Using the App and the services
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the App, and do not reverse engineer or modify it except where the law expressly allows this.
- Do not bypass technical protections or limits, and do not interfere with or overload Meliyo’s online services.
- Do not use keys, accounts or channels that belong to someone else without permission.
- Do not send false or abusive error reports, feedback or reports about other users.
5. Community rules
The in-app community is a place for Meliyo users to ask questions, share experience and show their channels.
- Be respectful. No insults, harassment, hate speech or threats.
- No spam, advertising or repeated posts. Sharing your own channel is welcome where the community provides a place for it.
- Do not post private information about other people, and never post API keys, passwords or tokens.
- Post only links that the community allows.
- If you see a post that breaks these Rules, use the report function.
6. What happens when the Rules are broken
Depending on the case, we may hide or remove community posts, restrict or block access to the community, decline or withdraw approval of an account, or suspend access to Meliyo. Platforms such as YouTube and Meta apply their own measures to your channels independently of us.
To report a violation or to ask a question about these Rules, write to support@meliyo.com.
